Clickbait? Perhaps, but I contend that this child, whose name happens to be Drake, has the talent and potential to be the most famous of all Drakes!![]()
This was in Branson, MO, Shay & Pals Foundation, Rock the Spectrum, an annual event that raises awareness for autistic children. We've been blessed to headline this event for our third year, and it is always a great time. This year was extra special; it included a marriage proposal (she said yes), a special appearance from Jeff Ward of Dirty Saints, and the showstopper of the night was, you guessed it, Drake. There were many young adults and children at the event, and they brought incredible energy, but Drake was a standout. Just before I was about to strum the opening chord to "Purple Rain," he shouted at me that he plays the drums! So, with no prior knowledge of what to expect, I didn't hesitate to bring him up on stage... the rest is history!"
Great weekend starting in Branson, MO and ending in Oklahoma City where we headlined the Oklahoma state fair. ![]()
